Aroldis Chapman struck out the side in the ninth inning to earn his ninth save of the season against the Reds on Sunday.
Chapman has been amazing since returning from a head injury sustained in spring training, having converted nine of his first 10 save opportunities while striking out 24 batters over 13.0 innings of work. He has now been sued in back-to-back games, so expect the Reds to turn to Jonathan Broxton if a save situation was to arise on Monday when the Reds open up a series against the Dodgers. Nate Orchard (groin) is questionable for Monday's game against the Ravens.
Orchard has developed into a run-stuffing linebacker in the NFL, and will be missed if he cannot take the field in Week 12 against the Ravens, who will be looking to establish the run with Joe Flacco out of action. He has not built upon his sack abilities that he showcased in college at Utah, but the Browns are happy that he has developed into a run-stopper as their defense has been porous against running backs the past couple of seasons.
