Tim Duncan doubled up with 21 points and 10 rebounds to go with three assists and five turnovers in Thursday's Game One victory over the Heat.
Tim Duncan's double-double led the Spurs past the Heat, which could be considered a double entendre I believe, seeing as Old Man Duncan and his elder teammates were able to outlast the Miami Heat, as well as endure the high indoor temperatures inside AT&T Center as the game was played without a working air conditioning system. Game 2 of the NBA Finals will be Sunday night back in San Antonio where all parties involved, especially LeBron James, hope the extra day off in between will give the AT&T center enough time to get the AC fixed.
