Texans head coach Bill O'Brien said RB Arian Foster would fill the roles that RBs Kevin Faulk and Danny Woodhead did with the New England Patriots.
A few weeks ago we learned that Foster would be used out of the backfield more under the O'Brien regime. He clarified Foster's role today, implying through Faulk and Woodhead that Foster would not need a replacement on third-downs. Foster has shouldered a massive workload over the last few years, so it's hard to know whether or not this helps or hurts his fantasy value. In the short-term, it probably helps. ANALYST:
Tevin Coleman (ribs) will play Week 5 against Washington.
Coleman seems to have moved past his rib injury, but while he is expected to play Sunday, he will obviously play a limited role behind Devonta Freeman. The Falcons offense is firing on all cylinders right now and they don't need/want to upset the balance of things while they are on this run. Expect Coleman to work as a part-time change-of-pace back this week. Analysis: Howard Bender
Jadeveon Clowney has a walking boot on his right foot.
Clowney limped off the field late in the game while the Colts were driving down for their final touchdown of the night. He remained on the sidelines with what the Texans are saying is an ankle issue. The oft-injured Clowney will stay in the boot as a precaution and he will be re-evaluated after a couple of days. Analysis: Howard Bender
