David Ortiz went 1-for-3 with a home run, four RBI, a run scored and a walk against the Braves on Monday.

Despite Monday's home run, Ortiz has gone 2-for-24 (.083 BA) over his last seven games, with his four RBI being just his first in that stretch. He is now sitting on a .270 average with 12 homers and 29 RBI on the season, but should be able to turn things back in the right direction as long as he can continue to be patient at the plate and keep the walk coming (0.79 BB/K).
