A.J. Burnett allowed three runs on three hits and four walks while striking out five over five innings in Tuesday's win over the Marlins.

Burnett had a respectable showing on Tuesday night, but reached 96 pitches by the end of the fifth inning, forcing the Phillies to turn to the bullpen form that point on. He is now 3-3 with a 3.32 ERA and 1.39 WHIP through his first 10 starts, but will need to work on his free passes (30 BB) in order to pitch deeper into games. The Phillies hurler will look for win No. 4 when he takes on the Dodgers on Sunday.
