Vikings announce that first round pick, QB Teddy Bridgewater signed his rookie contract.
Just like with first-round pick Anthony Barr, the Vikings have yet to release the details of the contract. Obviously it is of the four-year rookie length, but the amount per year has not been stated. Bridgewater was the No. 32 pick of the first round.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Bills are expected to release Mario Williams.
It was obvious that he was not fitting into the defensive scheme being employed by Rex Ryan and his staff. At 31 years of age, he still should have some skills left to devote to another team that will utilize his pass rush and tackling abilities. Look for him to catch on with another team if Buffalo decides to cut him loose. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson
DeMarcus Ware said that he intends to continue playing.
Ware has been quoted as saying that "he's got a lot of gas left in the tank," so this announcement comes as no huge shock. Playing opposite Von Miller help to revitalize his game, as he snagged 7.5 sacks in 11 regular season games and 3.5 in three post season games, with two of those coming in the Super Bowl last Sunday.
