UPDATES & NEWS
The Bears and WR Brandon Marshall have agreed on a $40 million contract extension.
Marshall was set to make $9.1 million this season in the final year of a five-year deal he signed back in 2010. Now if they could just surround him with better receivers to take the pressure off.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Update: Corey Dickerson was removed from Saturday's game with a left quad injury.
While the news regarding Dickerson's plantar fasciitis was positive, he was removed after he fouled a ball off his back leg and is now day-to-day with what the team is calling a quad injury. When his leg appeared to be swollen, manager Walt Weiss opted to play it safe and remove Dickerson who had gone 0-for-3 in Saturday's game against the Giants. Consider him day-to-day for right now and figure he'll be a game-time decision for Sunday. Analysis: Howard Bender
