Ross Ohlendorf will make a rehab start Wednesday with Class-A Potomac.
This will be Ohlendorf's first start since injuring his back in March. The Nationals are taking their time with him and this should be the start of quite a number of rehab outings for him. There's still no timetable for him, but with Tanner Roark pitching well, the team isn't going to be in too much of a hurry to bring him back.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Joakim Soria will throw a bullpen session Thursday.
Soria was acquired last season by the Tigers as an insurance policy for the struggling Joe Nathan but he found himself getting injured just six games after being acquired which forced him to miss more than a month. In 13 games with the Tigers last season Soria went 1-1 with a 4.91 ERA after posting a 2.70 ERA with the Rangers prior to the trade. The Tigers expect Nathan to be their closer heading into the season which will mean Soria will once again be in a set up role. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba
