Mike Trout went 1-for-5 with a solo home run against the Blue Jays on Friday.
Trout has had his struggles at times this season, especially of late as he is just 2-for-20 over his last six games, but he does have seven home runs with 21 RBI, 25 runs scored, and four stolen bases and is still hitting .284 on the season so no need to overreact. ANALYST: Michael Pichan
Jose Reyes pleaded not guilty to his domestic abuse charge.
Reyes was not present but his attorney entered the plea on his behalf. The next court date is scheduled for Jan. 14, when a pretrial hearing is scheduled. Reyes was arrested after an incident with his wife left her to be treated at the hospital for leg injuries and scratches on her neck. This is not going to be a good thing for Reyes or the Rockies or MLB for that matter. The league is likely going to let it play out in court before deciding if disciplinary actions should be taken.
