Zack Greinke took his first loss of the season after he gave up two runs on five hits and a walk with one strikeout against the Nationals on Monday.
Greinke took his first loss of the season on Monday night after pitching only three innings due to a three hour and 17 minute rain delay cut his night short. He now sits 5-1 through his first seven starts with a 2.35 ERA and 1.12 WHIP while averaging well over one strikeout per inning pitched (11.04 K/9). The Dodgers righty will look to get back in the win column when he takes on the Giants on Saturday.
