Indians placed Jason Giambi on the 15-day disabled list with a right calf strain.
Well that tenure on the active roster was short-lived. You know you're 43-years old when a calf cramp causes a strain and sends you to the disabled list. The great Giambino has now been limited to 10 hitless at-bats this season and has officially spent more time on the DL than on the field. Fantasy owners need not concern themselves with him.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Wilson Ramos went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in the Nationals 2-1 win over the Cubs on Monday.
Ramos hit his third home run of the season on Monday to go with a .285 average, 13 runs and 21 RBI. Health has been Ramos’s biggest hindrance so far in his career as he has appeared in more than 100 games just once since he entered the league in 2010 but that has not stopped the production as he has hit 10+ home runs three times since 2011 and boasts a per 162 average of 22 home runs and 87 RBI which would make him one of the top offensive catchers in baseball. Ramos owners should keep their fingers crossed that this is the year he plays a full season as they will likely end up with one of the top catchers in fantasy. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba
