Jose Calderon suffered a broken nose in the second half of Game 6 on Friday against the Spurs. He will play in Game 7.
Calderon appeared to have taken an elbow or a forearm to the nose which prompted it to bleed immediately and drip all over the court. He sat on a the bench for a few until the bleeding stopped and he went right back in. He'll throw a little tape on the snout and he should be good to go for Game 7. ANALYST: Howard Bender
Bills are expected to release Mario Williams.
It was obvious that he was not fitting into the defensive scheme being employed by Rex Ryan and his staff. At 31 years of age, he still should have some skills left to devote to another team that will utilize his pass rush and tackling abilities. Look for him to catch on with another team if Buffalo decides to cut him loose. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson
DeMarcus Ware said that he intends to continue playing.
Ware has been quoted as saying that "he's got a lot of gas left in the tank," so this announcement comes as no huge shock. Playing opposite Von Miller help to revitalize his game, as he snagged 7.5 sacks in 11 regular season games and 3.5 in three post season games, with two of those coming in the Super Bowl last Sunday.
