James Harden scored a game-high 34 points in the series eliminating loss on Friday to the Blazers.
While the performance was strong here, it was too little, too late. Harden disappointed through the first five games of the series and failed to live up to the reputation he has deservedly earned as one of the best clutch players in the game. He will now have to settle for watching the rest of the playoffs on TV and formulate a better game plan for next season.ANALYST: Howard Bender
