Eli Manning said he is "feeling great" in a video released by Steiner Sports.
The Giants QB said he is out of his walking boot, done with crutches and has done some running and drop-back drills.
His progress seems to be moving along extremely well following ankle surgery which should obviously make the Giants happy. He wasn;t expected to be back for OTAs, but it looks like he should be in camp this summer with plenty of time to prepare for the upcoming season. His draft stock will still drop due to last season's struggles, but he could prove to be a decent bargain should he get back to the place that saw him win two Super Bowl MVP awards.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Cam Newton has been named the NFL's MVP.
When defining an MVP, the phrase "makes everyone better" is associated with one. Cam Newton does just that for the Carolina Panthers. Newton passed for 3,837 yards and 35 touchdowns despite losing his top wide receiver from the previous season, Kelvin Benjamin. As a rusher, Newton gained 636 yards and scored 10 touchdowns. He was the quarterback for the top offensive team in the NFL which is 17 - 1 going into the Super Bowl on Sunday. Which is a place Carolina would not be without their quarterback and the NFL's MVP.
