James Harden scored a team-high 28 points in Sunday's loss to the Blazers. The Rockets are now down three games to one to the Blazers.
The Rockets shooting guard is now averaging 27.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.5 assists through the first round of the playoffs, but despite his strong efforts are just one loss away from being eliminated. Expect Harden to come ready to play next time out and continue his hot start to this year's postseason. ANALYST: Matthew Beck
Sean Marshall (shoulder) has resumed throwing from flat ground.
Marshall was shut down at the beginning of spring training with shoulder soreness, but has resumed throwing. Last June, Marshall underwent season ending shoulder surgery after making just 15 appearances in 2014. The only thing scarier than last season's 7.71 ERA is the fact that he has had some sort of shoulder injury in each of the last three seasons. Leave this guy off your draft board. Nathan Eovaldi has been working on improving his splitter during spring training.
Eovaldi is more of a thrower than a pitcher right now, but the Yankees are hoping he can develop into a mainstay in their rotation. Even though he hasn't had a winning season in his four year career, his velocity is hope for optimism. Eovaldi got knocked around a lot last year, but he doesn't walk many batters, something else the Yankees are excited about. Eovaldi is going late in drafts and there is some solid value to be had if he can take the next step forward. Analysis: Colby Conway
