Freddie Freeman is doing "lot better" today after getting steroid drops in irritated eyes.
The proof will be in the quality of at-bats, though it's hard to imagine how much he will improve upon his current .338 average with five home runs and 14 RBI. Not to mention the already improved walk and strikeouts rates from last season. If his eyes got any better, he's have Superman's laser beam powers and he would simply annihilate the ball that way.ANALYST: Howard Bender
The Rangers released Ryan Ludwick on Sunday.
Ludwick was notified a couple days back that he would not be making the big-league team and was allowed to search for another team. He has struggled in Spring Training and hasn't been able to get over the .700 OPS mark the last two seasons. The Rangers will look internally to create outfield options for the 2015 season.
