There's no change in Andrew Bogut's status, according to the Warriors. The big man is still out indefinitely with a broken rib.
Bogut is out for at least the rest of this round and the next should the Warriors make it that far. They'd get him back if they were to find themselves in the Western Conference finals, but getting by both the Clippers and the Thunder is going to be a tall order. Jermaine O'Neal will be the playing-time beneficiary in Bogut's absence.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Mark Teixeira went 3-for-4 with a solo home run against the Mets on Saturday.
That’s Tex’s eighth home run of the year. He won’t continue to hit home runs at this rate, but it’s not unreasonable to think he can hit 25 or more this year. He has also drawn as many walks as he has strikeouts. And he’s hitting .254 despite a .163 BABIP. That’s mainly because most of the balls he’s hitting are leaving the yard right now, but it’s still encouraging for his batting average going forward. Analysis: Brett Talley
