Jose Abreu went 3-for-6 with two doubles, a home run, three RBI and two runs scored against the Rangers on Sunday.
Abreu's hot start to his rookie season continued on Sunday, raising his season totals to five homers and 17 RBI. He is now 5-for-9 the last two days, which is hopefully enough to end his first slump of the year, following a 1-for-25 stretch at the plate. There are going to be bumps in the road as he adjusts to the major leagues, but the good should outweigh the bad in the long run. ANALYST: Matthew Beck
Steelers activated WR Martavis Bryant to the 53-man roster.
Bryant was suspended for the first four games of the season and was eligible to return before the Steelers Monday night game in San Diego but injured his knee slightly in practice last week. He should be a safe start in all formats with him regaining the number two spot behind Antonio Brown. With Vick at QB the expectations should be lowered slightly thought. Analysis: Matt Selz
