Leonys Martin hit a walk-off, game-winning RBI-single with two outs in the bottom of the ninth on Wednesday against the Mariners. He finished the night 2-for-4 and added a triple and a run scored.

Martin has yet to live up the the hype that surrounded him this March, but on Wednesday night was the talk of the town. Those who drafted Martin for his speed on the base paths are still waiting for him to wake up (only 2 SB thus far), but his on-base percentage indicates that more chances are on the horizon. There is no reason to hit the panic button just yet.
