Jonathan Papelbon earned his third save of the season with a perfect ninth inning against the Marlins on Sunday.

After a rough first week, Papelbon has turned things around having recording four straight scoreless innings of relief. He ahs now pitched three consecutive days and will likely be unavailable for Monday's series opener against the Braves. So fantasy owners will want to plan accordingly. ANALYST: Matthew Beck

Greg Little worked out for the New York Jets on Monday.

Little was a second-round pick out of UNC in 2011, but he hasn't been a huge factor in the NFL since his rookie season. There is still some hope for Little, but it doesn't seem to be in New York. While he may jump on board with the Jets, his best case scenario is being the fifth wideout on the team. Little will have zero fantasy value if he signs with the Jets. Analysis: Colby Conway

Le'Veon Bell was a full participant for the start of Steelers camp on Monday.

Bell was a fantasy superstar last season, contributing on the ground and in the air. He ran for 1,361 yards and scored eight times, while catching 83 passes for 854 yards and three more touchdowns. He will miss the first three games due to a suspension, but he should still be drafted early in the first round. Analysis: Colby Conway

Eric O'Flaherty or Edward Mujica will likely close for the Athletics.

While one of these two will see an increase in fantasy value, it might not be for long. Sean Doolittle is expected to reclaim the closer's role upon his return, but given his ailing shoulder, O'Flaherty and/or Mujica are just an injury away from returning to fantasy relevancy. Mujica has more experience as a big league closer, giving him the early edge on the vacant job. Analysis: Colby Conway

Chicago Cubs and San Diego Padres are in talks with a trade centered around Tyson Ross.

The Cubs are in the market for another starter and it seems to be that Tyson Ross could be wearing a Cubs' jersey within the next few days. Ross is 6-8 with a 3.45 ERA on the season, but he has swing-and-miss stuff. If the trade happens and the Cubs can work out some of the command issues, watch out National League. Analysis: Colby Conway

The New England Patriots have placed Brandon LaFell on the PUP list.

LaFell is dealing with some sort of foot injury, because he has been spotted donning a walking boot multiple times throughout the offseason. LaFell is looking to build off an impressive 2014 season, in which he caught 74 passes for 953 yards and seven touchdowns. Analysis: Colby Conway

Kolten Wong went 1-for-3 with a home run, four RBI and one run scored against the Reds on Monday.

During his five-game hit streak, Wong has eight hits (one homer), three runs scored and four RBI. He is contributing in all five categories, en route to being a top-10 player at a thin position. Wong has 11 home runs and 11 stolen bases on the year, which is pleasing to fantasy owners. Analysis: Colby Conway

Trevor Rosenthal struck out one batter in his only inning of work to earn his 31st save of the season on Monday against the Reds.

Rosenthal looked good tonight, needing just fourteen pitches (nine strikes) to finish out his lone inning of work tonight. He was dealing with some arm fatigue, but it seems to be behind him. He can be continued to relied upon in the save department, because the Cardinals are going to give him plenty of chances to close out ball games. Analysis: Colby Conway

Lance Lynn allowed one earned run on five hits while walking three and striking out five in seven innings of work on Monday against the Reds.

Lynn continues to show why he is a top-25 pitcher in fantasy baseball. He continues to strike batters out effectively, as well as minimizing the damage done by the opposition. He allowed just four earned runs on 13 hits in his last 20 innings, posting a 22:5 K/BB ratio in that same span. He has a 2.71 ERA on the season and he should never leave your lineup. His next start will come on Saturday against the Colorado Rockies. Analysis: Colby Conway

Joey Votto went 1-for-2 with a double and a walks on Monday against the Cardinals.

Votto continues to be an on base machine. After falling in many drafts, Votto has been an extremely valuable asset in 2015. He is hitting .305 with 18 homers, 48 RBI, 53 runs scored and six stolen bases. He is currently the second best first baseman in fantasy baseball and he should continue this high caliber play moving forward. Analysis: Colby Conway

Raisel Iglesias allowed four earned runs on six hits while striking out seven in six innings against the Cardinals on Monday.

Iglesias has proven that he has swing-and-miss stuff and that he can strike batters out at the highest level. He has 25 strikeouts in his last four outings, compared to just four walks, all of which came in his last start. He is a cheap source of strikeouts, but you never really know what you are going to get otherwise. He is a risky play, but he can really make a DFS lineup if you catch him on the right day. His next start will come on Saturday against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Analysis: Colby Conway
