Mike Trout continued to swing a hot bat Sunday as he went 3-for-4 with a home run, an RBI, and two runs scored in the 14-2 win over the Mets Sunday.

It's nearly impossible to write a player note about Trout without coming off as some wide-eyed fanboy. That being said, this kid is absolutely amazing and we've barely scratched the surface when it comes to offensive production from him this season. The fact that the Angels were somehow able to get him to sign an extension for under $25 million per year is a testament to their negotiating talents because he is clearly the best all-around player in the game today and you should feel both honored and blessed if he is on your fantasy team.
