Seahawks have traded undisclosed 2016 draft choice to Detroit for CB Mohammed Seisay.

The Seahawks would not appear to need much help in the secondary though Seisay should provide depth at a cheap price. The 25-year-old played in 13 games last season as an undrafted free agent out of Nebraska, recording five tackles. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Marlins haven't decided who will start on Tuesday, but are leaning towards Brad Hand.

In three starts this season, Hand has a 6.17 ERA, 3.00 FIP and 4.70 xFIP. He threw two innings in relief on Friday, and isn't likely to go long into Tuesday's game. The Mets could be a nice DFS stack on Tuesday, and Jonathon Niese could be worth playing, as well. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Bears coach John Fox said WR Alshon Jeffery suffered a slight AC sprain in his shoulder.

It is early enough in training camp that this shouldn't be an issue, but fantasy players should monitor this situation ahead of their drafts. Marquess Wilson and Eddie Royal would likely see more snaps if Jeffery has to miss any games, though the greatest beneficiary might be rookie Kevin White. All three receivers would be worth GPP consideration for DFS if Jeffery misses Week 1 against the Packers. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Jarvis Jenkins dislocated a finger at practice Sunday. It was popped back in and he returned.

If he returned to practice on August 2, the injury obviously isn't anything to be concerned about. The Bears' defense will almost certainly be improved this season. How much it improves depends largely on the play of Jenkins and Jared Allen. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Lonnie Chisenhall hitting lead off for the Indians on Sunday.

With Jason Kipnis out, Chisenhall will slot ahead of Francisco Lindor. Chisenhall isn't a great play against Sonny Gray, but he would be a sneaky DFS play if he continues to lead off occasionally. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Tanner Scheppers said his left knee has been bothering him for about a week.

It sounds like the knee could be to blame for Scheppers's disastrous outing Saturday though he hadn't been much better before that, either. Scheppers has a 5.66 ERA and 1.57 WHIP on the season, and it seems doubtful he ever has much of a fantasy impact. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Joe Panik dealing with stiff back again and might miss a couple games. Manager Bruce Bochy said he "gutted it out last night."

The Giants are only a game ahead of the Cubs for the second Wild Card, so they cannot really afford to put Panik on the DL to let him rest his back. Panik went 3-for-9 over the weekend after getting Tuesday and Wednesday off, so you still have to play him when he is in the lineup. If Panik does wind up on the DL, Ehire Adrianza should get most of the playing time at second base. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Henry Owens could be in line to make his major-league debut Tuesday.

Owens hasn't exactly been spectacular at Triple-A this season, with a 3.16 ERA, 3.69 FIP and 1.84 K/BB rate. The Red Sox are in Yankee Stadium Tuesday, and while Owens should be picked up in deep mixed leagues, he shouldn't be started Tuesday outside of AL-only. Analysis: Steve Pimental

A.J. Ellis is testing his knee with running drills on the bases.

Ellis is eligible to come off the disabled list Tuesday, but he is clearly not ready for that. If all goes well running the bases, he could wind up on a rehab assignment before he returns to the Dodgers. Ellis has struggled at the plate this season, batting just .222, so he isn't really fantasy relevant at this point, even for DFS. Analysis: Steve Pimental

Jets sign undrafted free agent WR Jarrod West.

West caught 49 passes for 700 yards last season as a Senior at Syracuse, but he failed to score a touchdown. His stay with the Jets will almost certainly be short. Analysis: Steve Pimental
