Arian Foster said Thursday he’s fully healthy and has been working out for two months. In turn, Foster intends to participate in the Texans OTAs, which run from May 27 to June 13
This is great news for those who own Foster in dynasty leagues considering he eight games in 2013. With Ben Tate out of the mix, the Texans will once again rely heavily on Foster out of the backfield and should rejoin the ranks of the top running backs in the league in 2014 as long as he can stay off the trainer's table. The Rangers released Ryan Ludwick on Sunday.
Ludwick was notified a couple days back that he would not be making the big-league team and was allowed to search for another team. He has struggled in Spring Training and hasn't been able to get over the .700 OPS mark the last two seasons. The Rangers will look internally to create outfield options for the 2015 season.
