Jacksonville will sign Cleveland's transition-tagged C Alex Mack to a 5-year offer sheet the Browns will have five days to match.
Now this could become a tenuous situation here as the Browns have more than enough cap space to match any fair offer the Jaguars present but word on the street is that Mack doesn't want to stay in Cleveland. Reports coming in say that Mack is champing at the bit to sign a five-year deal with Jacksonville which obviously puts the Browns in a terrible spot with perhaps the top center in the NFL right now. This one could end up as a potential episode of The Young and the Restless.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Joffrey Lauvergne practiced in full Thursday.
Lauvergne has missed the last 12 games due to a back injury but was back practicing in full on Thursday. It's a great sign for the second year pro who played well when he was healthy. He started the three games he played so we will wait and see if that's what Denver has in store for him when he returns to the lineup. Analysis: James Grande
Johnny Manziel was demoted because he lied about were he was.
When video surfaced of Manziel out partying, you just knew that head coach Mike Pettine had enough of this far-too scrutinized situation. Manziel has been a veritable nightmare for the coaches and continues to show a complete lack of maturity. Josh McCown will get the start in Week 12 and, barring injury, is likely the full-time starter moving forward. Analysis: Howard Bender
