Matt Moore (elbow) will see Dr. James Andrews for a more thorough exam. His MRI was inconclusive.
To paraphrase our own Jeff Mans, who spoke of Moore's situation on the Fantasy Alarm show on Sirius/XM fantasy, it's as if Moore has a harpoon through his heart and the Rays are going, Oh, it's no big deal. A little rest and he will be fine. Unfortunately for you Matt Moore owners things are not fine and look as if they may go from bad to worse.ANALYST: Michael Pichan
Aramis Ramirez confirmed that 2015 will be his final season.
Ramirez will turn 37 in June in what will be his 18th major league season. He was a legitimate 30-home run threat during the prime of his career, but now here we are 10 years past that prime and he's more of a 15-home run threat these days. Injuries were a big part of his decline and he's missed an awful lot of games over the years, but considering how bad the third base position looks this year, one last go-around with A-Ram might not be the worst thing in the world. Just make sure you have a viable back-up option. Analysis: Howard Bender
