UPDATES & NEWS
Jonathan Broxton has been reinstated from the 15-day disabled list.
Manager Bryan Price said that Jonathan Broxton would be put right into the closer role once he was activated from the DL. J.J. Hoover was given the closer role to start the season but we all know what happened against the Mets over the weekend (gave up a walk off grand-slam to Ike Davis). Broxton should be a target on the waiver wire in most all Fantasy Baseball leagues. ANALYST: Drew Phelps
Update: Corey Dickerson was removed from Saturday's game with a left quad injury.
While the news regarding Dickerson's plantar fasciitis was positive, he was removed after he fouled a ball off his back leg and is now day-to-day with what the team is calling a quad injury. When his leg appeared to be swollen, manager Walt Weiss opted to play it safe and remove Dickerson who had gone 0-for-3 in Saturday's game against the Giants. Consider him day-to-day for right now and figure he'll be a game-time decision for Sunday. Analysis: Howard Bender
