Masahiro Tanaka said he identified an issue in his mechanics from his first start and will try to correct it in his next start on Wednesday.
Tanaka got off to a bit of a shaky start in his first outing as he gave up a solo shot to Melky Cabrera, the first batter he faced. He allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits with no walks and eight strikeouts over seven innings, so if there's a mechanical flaw that he's now identified, you should probably be pretty excited about his next time on the hill.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Wilson Ramos went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in the Nationals 2-1 win over the Cubs on Monday.
Ramos hit his third home run of the season on Monday to go with a .285 average, 13 runs and 21 RBI. Health has been Ramos’s biggest hindrance so far in his career as he has appeared in more than 100 games just once since he entered the league in 2010 but that has not stopped the production as he has hit 10+ home runs three times since 2011 and boasts a per 162 average of 22 home runs and 87 RBI which would make him one of the top offensive catchers in baseball. Ramos owners should keep their fingers crossed that this is the year he plays a full season as they will likely end up with one of the top catchers in fantasy. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba
