UPDATES & NEWS
Blake Griffin posted his 1st triple-double of the season in Thursday's 113-107 loss to the Mavs.
Griffin finished with 25 points, 10 rebounds, 11 assists, a steal, and a block for his 4th career triple-double. Griffin injured his ankle in the waning seconds of the loss and has been diagnosed with a mild ankle sprain, but Clippers head coach Doc Rivers believes the injury is not serious. Clippers do not play again until Sunday giving Blake a few days to get right. ANALYST: Michael Pichan
Carl Crawford exited Monday night's game with tightness in his right side.
It was only a matter of time before the glass-made Crawford cracked in some capacity. It's unknown whether or not he'll need a DL stint to rid him of the tightness, but if he does Scott Van Slyke and Alex Guerrero are likely to fill in for him. Guerrero has been among the hottest hitters in baseball, in a limited role, and would become mixed league relevant if/when he finds himself in the lineup. Don Mattingly, however, doesn't appear to be Guerrero's biggest fan. Let's hope he's not pigeon-holed to pinch-hitting duties. Analysis: Spencer Silva
