DeSean Jackson has officially signed with the Washington Redskins. The deal is expected to be a multi-year contract.
Washington head coach Jay Gruden hopes that DeSean Jackson can bring that down field threat similar to what he had with A.J. Green when he was the offensive coordinator with the Bengals. The addition of Jackson should also help free up Pierre Garcon from frequent double teams. If Garcon can catch a franchise record of 113 passes as he did last season imagine what he can do this coming year in single coverage.
