UPDATES & NEWS
Clayton Kershaw will be placed on a rehab that includes a submaximal throwing program for the next 2-3 weeks. He will then be re-evaluated by Dr. Neal ElAttrache to determine when he can start throwing at increased velocity.
Not the news fantasy owners were hopeful for, but at least you now have a better idea of what is exactly going with the reigning CY Young award winner. Unfortunately "what it looks like" is that Kershaw will be for an extended period of time with the earliest being some time in May.ANALYST: Michael Pichan
Redskins are likely to pick up Robert Griffin III's option for 2016.
The true answer is "They better pick it up". The deal to pick up Griffin cost the Redskins a fortune so it shouldn't be that big of a surprise, even with the troubles he has had, that Washington is picking up the option for next year. He will have another year under Jay Gruden and his system before heading into 2016 so this might be a trade value season for RG3. Analysis: Rob Trayah
