Update: MRI on Jose Reyes' hamstring shows mild inflammation. He hopes the 15 days will suffice, but no firm timetable.
Reyes should be looked at as someone who will miss the month of April. If he makes it back late in the month that's a nice bonus. Given the hamstring injury though, you have to think his running will be curtailed, and since that's such a huge part of his game it's hard to be a big fan of his as the 2014 gets going. Colin Kaepernick has worked with Kurt Warner on his throwing mechanics this offseason.
Specifically, the story notes that Kaepernick is working on "engaging his lower half" to allow for better touch. It's hard to believe Kurt Warner would know more about throwing mechanics than Jim Harbaugh or any other quarterback coach Kap has ever worked with. This appears to be more fluff than anything else, though is reports from camp suggest there's been a real change to approach or delivery of throwing a football, it could be something worth remembering on draft day.
