Austin Rivers will miss 4-6 weeks with a broken hand.
After stepping up his play and shooting proficiency recently, Austin Rivers was making strides as a backup in Los Angeles. But what was thought to be a hand contusion, has now been diagnosed as a broken hand. Due to the injury, Rivers will now miss 4-to-6 weeks for the, no pun intended, shorthanded Clippers. This should mean more minutes for Pablo Prigioni in the coming weeks. Analysis: Greg Jewett
