The Browns are making a strong push to sign WR Julian Edelman.
The Patriots have been in talks with other free agent wide receivers and are unlikely to give him the money he deserves following the best season of his career. A move to the Browns would be a downgrade, considering he won't have Tom Brady throwing him the ball. But then again, he could get a lot of single coverage lining up opposite Josh Gordon in the Browns passing attack. ANALYST: Matthew Beck
Zach Miller caught two passes on seven targets for 10 yards and a TD on Thursday night vs Green Bay.
Miller got the start in place of the injured Martellus Bennett on Thursday night. In all, he finished with two catches and a touchdown on seven targets, looking mediocre, however doing his best with the hand he was dealt. Anyone who started him in daily leagues could have expected better, however it is a bit spoiled to come away with much more than a TD as a definite backup. Consider him a wise play on Thursday night, and a keen start going forward at least until Bennett comes back healthy. Analysis: Dom Murtha
