Michael Vick will not be back with the Eagles in any capacity in 2014. They are moving in a different direction with the backup role.
Nothing like a little added job security for Nick Foles, right? There are enough teams out there in need of a starting quarterback, but the question remains, how many of them are willing to take a chance on Vick. Between the diminished skills and the injury history, a team has to really be in need to take on the risk involved.ANALYST: Howard Bender
Chris Carter went 2-for-4 with two RBI in the Astros 6-3 loss to the White Sox on Friday.
Carter has a six game hitting streak going which has helped raise his batting average from .157 to .185. Carter owners have to understand the type of player he is and know that while he has outstanding power there will be plenty of strikeouts and a low batting average. Those hoping for a repeat performance of 2014 should be reminded that he had 13 home runs and a .184 batting average heading into July before mashing 24 home runs over the final three months of the season.
