Jamaal Charles wasn’t sure how he could top the season he did last year, but he insisted he’d try — and that there was plenty more where that came from. “I feel like I have at least five years in me,” Charles said.

Charles finished the 2013 season with 1,289 rushing years, 693 receiving yards and a career-best 19 touchdowns last year. While finding a way to top those numbers would be outstanding for fantasy owners, all everyone is really looking for is for him to stay healthy all year. If that happens, then he should come close to those numbers and warrant the No. 1 overall draft choice in every fantasy format.
