John Axford hopes to rebound from a tough 2013 season after discovering a mechanical issue that caused him to tip his pitches to opposing hitters, MLB.com reports.
Axford will be competing for the Indians closer role with spring, and has the most experience out of all the other contenders. The Indians signed him to be there closer this winter, but he is going to have to prove he can still get the job done at this level, after blowing a combined 16 saves over the last two seasons. If he locks down the job this spring, he is worth adding in the later rounds of this year's drafts.ANALYST: Matthew Beck
Tevin Coleman (ribs) will play Week 5 against Washington.
Coleman seems to have moved past his rib injury, but while he is expected to play Sunday, he will obviously play a limited role behind Devonta Freeman. The Falcons offense is firing on all cylinders right now and they don't need/want to upset the balance of things while they are on this run. Expect Coleman to work as a part-time change-of-pace back this week. Analysis: Howard Bender
Jadeveon Clowney has a walking boot on his right foot.
Clowney limped off the field late in the game while the Colts were driving down for their final touchdown of the night. He remained on the sidelines with what the Texans are saying is an ankle issue. The oft-injured Clowney will stay in the boot as a precaution and he will be re-evaluated after a couple of days. Analysis: Howard Bender
