Anquan Boldin and the 49ers are closing in on deal to keep Boldin in San Francisco, per sources. 

While the return of Michael Crabtree signified Boldin's end as the team's No. 1 receiver, the 49ers would be wise to keep him and have him complete the 1-2 punch they've long-needed at the position.
