Nate Burleson said several teams have contacted his agent and believes he will sign with a new team before the start of free agency. Burleson said the Detroit Lions told him they would be interested in re-signing him during training camp at the veteran's minimum.
Todd Archer of ESPN reports that the Cowboys are interested in Burleson. We could see Burleson as a training camp insurance policy on a minimum salary, but if Dez, Beasley, Terrance Williams, and Harris stay healthy this fall, Burleson probably wouldn't make it.ANALYST: Drew Phelps
Derrick Rose will not play against the Bucks Wednesday.
Rose was doing full-contact drills Monday and participating in 5-on-5 work Tuesday. He's building up his conditioning and it shouldn't be much longer before he's back on the court. How many minutes he logs per game once he does return might be in question as the Bulls are looking more towards the playoffs than anything else. Analysis: Howard Bender
Terrence Jones (ribs, lung) wil play Wednesday.
Jones has missed the last six games with a collapsed lung, so to see him get back on the court Wednesday is great news just from a humanistic standpoint. If he can continue to shine glass as he's done throughout the season (7.3 boards per game), then he'll be a nice asset down the stretch. Analysis: Howard Bender
