Kendall Marshall ties career-high with 17 assists to go with 14 points on 6 of 13 shooting from the field, including 2-for-7 from downtown, seven rebounds, and a steal in a losing effort to the Thunder Thursday night.
Marshall has not yet played enough games to qualify to be counted among statistical leaders, but his 9.2 assists per game (coming into Thursday's contest) would be the second best in the NBA behind Chris Paul's 11.1 per game. Marshall has reached double-digit dimes in 14 of his 25 games this season, including in three of his last four.ANALYST: Michael Pichan
Tyson Chandler will not play Sunday.
Chandler sat out on Wednesday and only played four minutes on Friday. Alex Len has seen some extra minutes at center in Chandler's absence, but he's hasn't played more than 16 minutes in either game. Phoenix is likely to go with a mix of forwards for more of a small ball look without Chandler. Analysis: Brett Talley
