Kendall Marshall ties career-high with 17 assists to go with 14 points on 6 of 13 shooting from the field, including 2-for-7 from downtown, seven rebounds, and a steal in a losing effort to the Thunder Thursday night.

Marshall has not yet played enough games to qualify to be counted among statistical leaders, but his 9.2 assists per game (coming into Thursday's contest) would be the second best in the NBA behind Chris Paul's 11.1 per game. Marshall has reached double-digit dimes in 14 of his 25 games this season, including in three of his last four.
