UPDATES & NEWS
Tyreke Evans (ribs) played 20 minutes against the Timberwolves in his Friday return to action following a one game absence.
In his return following a one-game absence, Evans finished with seven points, three rebounds and two assists in a reserve role. The Pelicans will face off against the Nets on Sunday, and barring any setbacks, Evans should be available off the bench. In terms of fantasy, until Evans receives a bump in playing time, his fantasy value will continue to take a hit.ANALYST: Matthew Beck
Update: Corey Dickerson was removed from Saturday's game with a left quad injury.
While the news regarding Dickerson's plantar fasciitis was positive, he was removed after he fouled a ball off his back leg and is now day-to-day with what the team is calling a quad injury. When his leg appeared to be swollen, manager Walt Weiss opted to play it safe and remove Dickerson who had gone 0-for-3 in Saturday's game against the Giants. Consider him day-to-day for right now and figure he'll be a game-time decision for Sunday. Analysis: Howard Bender
