Chandler Parsons had 19 points, seven rebounds, six assists and two steals in the Rockets' win on Wednesday.

Parsons has been struggling with his shot of late, so it was nice to see him have a solid night from the field. He finished 8-of-12 from the field, and 3-of-3 from behind the arc in Wednesday's win over the Suns. If he can carry this kind of production the rest of the way, he will once again become a great fantasy option considering the way he fills the stat sheet.ANALYST: Matthew Beck

Patrick Beverley (wrist) will not play on Friday.

After learning he suffered a torn ligament in his wrist, Beverley was told that he would be out for a minimum of 7-to-10 days and then be re-evaluated then. It is very possible that the Rockets shut him down for the rest of the regular season. Analysis: Howard Bender

Richard Jefferson (back spasms) is going to try and play Friday night.

Jefferson left Tuesday's game with back spasms but the condition wasn't expected to be serious. He will give it a go Friday, but you're probably not going to want to rely on him at this point. Wait until he's back to full health and there aren't any potential playing-time concerns. Analysis: Howard Bender

J.J. Barea (left ankle) hopes to return on Sunday at Indiana, but he has to see how his ankle improves.

Barea has missed the last two games with the injury and is considered day-to-day. While he hopes to come back Sunday, he'll be re-evaluated during the morning shootaround and then again in pre-game warm-ups before he gets the green light. Devin Harris should continue to see the extra minutes. Analysis: Howard Bender

Indians optioned Danny Salazar to Triple-A Columbus.

While the 15:5 K:BB over 11 innings looks nice, the 13 runs (10 earned) on 14 hits doesn't and it cost Salazar a chance to open the season in the starting rotation. He'll head back to Triple-A to work on his command more while it appears Zach McAllister has earned the spot. Analysis: Howard Bender

Jeff Teague (ankle) will not play on Friday.

According to coach Mike Budenholzer, Teague's ankle was just a little tender but nothing too serious. With the playoff spot locked up, the Hawks are going to just play it safe with all of their starters. Dennis Schroder will get the start. Analysis: Howard Bender

Chris Sale (foot) will throw a simulated game on Friday.

Sale continues to make steady progress and there haven't been any setbacks or issue of note so far. He's already been ruled out for Opening Day, but the team is looking at April 11 or 12 as his target return date. Analysis: Howard Bender

Aron Baynes (ankle) will not play Friday.

Baynes will miss his third-straight game after suffering an ankle injury Sunday. Consider him day-to-day while Matt Bonner and Tiago Splitter see the extra time. Analysis: Howard Bender

Titans re-signed Brandon Harris to a one-year deal.

Harris worked as a reserve cornerback last year and saw most of his work on special teams. He'll fill a similar role this year unless he really impresses in amp and pushes for more playing time. Analysis: Howard Bender

Jordan Hill will not play on Friday.

The Lakers are just auditioning guys for next season right now so Hill will take a seat onthe bench Friday and possibly more games in the future. Ryan Kelly, Tarik Black and Ed Davis will be working the frontcourt for the team now. Analysis: Howard Bender

Carlos Boozer will not play on Friday.

The Lakers have said that they were going to try different lineups and audition some of the guys for next season as they have turned to evaluation mode with no playoffs in their future. Ryan Kelly will see a bunch of time at power forward. Analysis: Howard Bender

Bradley Beal (ankle) took part in the morning shootaround on Friday.

Beal left Wednesday's game with a sprained ankle but reported Thursday that the swelling had gone down. His test at the morning shootaround seemed to go well so it looks like you should be able to expect him to play Friday against the Hornets. Analysis: Howard Bender

Update: Victor Martinez was scratched from the lineup due to rain in the forecast .

Okay, time to exhale with that sign of relief. The Tigers are just playing it safe due to the weather so fantasy owners can continue to draft his as they've been doing. Analysis: Howard Bender

Dwight Howard said he will be up to 20 minutes Friday night after held to 16 on Wednesday.

Howard didn't report any major issues after Wednesday's performance and a gradual increase in minutes is the next step. He's probably never going to be back to 100-percent and may never see the minutes he's usually posting on a regular basis. Analysis: Howard Bender

Dwyane Wade (knee) did not participate in the morning shootaround and is questionable for Friday's game.

The Heat had Wade listed as a starter on their site Thursday, but perhaps the knee is still more of an issue than originally believed. He may just test it out in pre-game warm-ups and be a game-time decision so stay tuned. Mario Chalmers is obviously on-hand if the team needs him to start. Analysis: Howard Bender
