UPDATES & NEWS
Carmelo Anthony scored 36 points with five rebounds and three assists in the loss to the Bucks on Monday. Anthont made 5-10 shots from behind the arc.
Anthony continued his recent serge Monday night and is now averaging 30.0 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.2 steals over his last five games. The move to the power forward position has actually increased Anthony's production, considering how good his post game can be, so there is no reason to think this recent bump in production will go away anytime soon. Update: Corey Dickerson was removed from Saturday's game with a left quad injury.
While the news regarding Dickerson's plantar fasciitis was positive, he was removed after he fouled a ball off his back leg and is now day-to-day with what the team is calling a quad injury. When his leg appeared to be swollen, manager Walt Weiss opted to play it safe and remove Dickerson who had gone 0-for-3 in Saturday's game against the Giants. Consider him day-to-day for right now and figure he'll be a game-time decision for Sunday. Analysis: Howard Bender
