Isaiah Thomas dropped a team-high 24 points in his return to the lineup after leaving last game early after becoming violently ill.
Thomas was one of the few bright spots for a Kings team that is spiraling in the wrong direction. Thomas' 24 points on 10 of 21 shooting (4-for-10 from 3-point land) came against one of the better defensive point guards in the league in Mike Conley, and consider Thomas was probably not totally 100% healthy after falling ill last game.ANALYST: Michael Pichan
Jake Marisnick was 2-for-4 with a double and a run scored on Thursday night against the Royals.
Jake Marisnick had two hits from the bottom of the order which included a double and a run scored in Houston’s 5 -2 win over Kansas City on Thursday night. His double in the second inning with two outs kept the inning alive and Marisnick scored on a single by Jose Altuve before Yordano Ventura left the game after a rain delay in the second inning. Although Marisnick struggled in the second half, he did finish September/October with a .275 average with three home runs and seven stolen bases. Analysis: Greg Jewett
