Dwyane Wade says he had a good practice Tuesday and ready to return as a starter.

The Angels are expected to put Collin Cowgill on the 15-day Disabled List on Thursday with a sprained wrist.

Cowgill met with team doctors on Wednesday after reportedly not being able to swing a bat earlier this week. Multiple reports coming out of Los Angeles saying that he will be placed on the 15-day DL on Thursday. On the season, Cowgill has a less than impressive slash line of .180/.231/.295. Analysis: Drew Phelps

The Steelers do not expect to run the ball much with DeAngelo Williams while Le'Veon Bell serves his three game suspension.

The reports coming out of Pittsburgh are that newly acquired running back DeAngelo Williams will only handle the ball 10-12 times per game during Le'Veon Bell's three game suspension. You should also expect touches from both Dri Archer and even Josh Harris. Ben Roethlisberger threw the ball for nearly 5,000 yards in 2015 and we don't see offensive coordinator Todd Haley slowing down their air attack while Bell serves his suspension.  Analysis: Drew Phelps

Angels send Marc Krauss to Triple-A. That move makes room for newly acquired Kirk Nieuwenhuis.

The recently called up Marc Krauss did not get much time to improve his numbers at the Major League level, batting just .143 for the season. Nieuwenhuis will officially join the team on Thursday. He sports a career .230/.302/.374 batting line over his four seasons in the majors.  Analysis: Drew Phelps

Tuffy Gosewisch is scheduled for an MRI and will see a doctor Thursday to determine the extent of the damage to his knee.

Gosewisch left Wednesday's game with the knee injury and the early speculation is that it's a sprain but with no structural damage. of course, that could just be wishful thinking on the team's part. They'll get the full details Thursday and we'll get to watch Jordan Pacheco behind the plate for the Diamondbacks. Analysis: Howard Bender

Titans head coach Ken Whisenhunt said the team views second-year player DaQuan Jones as a starter opposite Jurell Casey.

While Jones was inactive for most of the season last year, he obviously made a big impression in the one game he did actually play. He had six tackles and one sack and that was apparently all Whisenhunt needed to see to make his decision before this summer's training camp competition. The job is Jones' to lose. Analysis: Howard Bender

Jason Heyward went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in the Cardinals 4-3 win over the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.

Heywards home run tied the game at 3-3 off Diamondbacks closer Brad Ziegler which started the Cardinals walk off rally. The home run was Heywards fifth of the season to go with 25 runs, 14 RBI, five stolen bases and a .239 average. For Heyward owners hopefully the home run tonight off a tough reliever in Ziegler will be the spark he needs as he looks to work his way back to the top half of the Cardinals lineup. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Kolten Wong went 1-for-5 with a solo home run in the Cardinals 4-3 win over the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.

Wong homered to lead off the bottom of the first inning for his only hit of the game on Wednesday but it brings his long ball total up to six on the season to go with 28 runs, 23 RBI, three stolen bases and a .316 batting average. Wong was a strong sleeper candidate coming into this season after he impressed in 2014 with 12 home runs and 20 stolen bases over 113 games. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Lance Lynn allowed three runs (two earned) on six hits while walking four and striking out five over six innings in the Cardinals 4-3 win over the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.

Lynn was in line to take the loss before his offense got him off the hook with a walk off win in the ninth. Typically dominant at home Lynn was day-to-day heading into his start with back soreness which came about following his loss to the Royals. Overall on the season Lynn is 3-4 with a 3.41 ERA while striking out 67 over 60.2 innings. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba
