Parsons uses USA Basketball snub as motivation on career night where he set an NBA record for 3-pointers in a half, matched a Rockets record for consecutive made 3-pointers without a miss and for threes made in a game.
Parsons was tied with Bradley Beal for 32nd most 3-pointers made coming into Friday's game at 68 this season and was shooting about 38% from beyond the arc. Parsons has been feeling it of late as he is shooting 50% from the field and 3-point range over his last five games while averaging 21.2 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 3.2 assists over his last five games proving he is more than a three point shooting specialist. Davante Adams (ankle) has been downgraded to doubtful for Week 5.
The ankle just isn't showing enough improvement, so the Packers seem to be taking him out of the conversation for Week 5 now. It's been a disappointing opening to the season for Adams who many fantasy owners mistakenly overrated coming into the season. We don't want to say he's a bust just yet, but with just nine catches for 92 yards over three games and now an injury that has lingered for two weeks, he's not the most desirable option.
