It came as no surprise that Raiders general manager Reggie McKenzie has all but confirmed the end of the Oakland career of former featured back Darren McFadden. He said he expects McFadden to test free agency, per ESPN.
LeSean McCoy and Fred Jackson could split third-down snaps.
Due to his tenure in Buffalo, Jackson is going to get some work, but this won't be a 50/50 split by any means. McCoy is an uber-talented back who will be the bell cow out in Buffalo. Fantasy owners who draft McCoy in drafts this upcoming season should also draft Jackson, solely as a handcuff option. The reported split should be taken with a grain of salt until we get clarification closer to season time. Analysis: Colby Conway
Marlins released SS Yosmany Guerra.
Guerra is 32 years old and has yet to play at a level higher than Double-A. He wasn't really a fantasy asset to begin with, but this news just confirms that notion. If for some unforsaken reason you rostered Guerra, it is time to release him, just like the Marlins did today. Analysis: Colby Conway
Chris Andersen (calf) will start Tuesday against the Spurs.
Andersen is dealing with calf and shoulder issues, but he is going to play in this game. The team is already thin in the frontcourt so Andersen will play in this game, but expect him to play under his normal amount of minutes. Tim Duncan should be a great play in DFS as he should have his way with a thin Miami frontcourt. Analysis: Colby Conway
