Sean Lee is out this week against the Eagles.
The Cowboys had hoped to have their start linebacker back on the field for crucial tilt with the Eagles, but reports from Dallas indicate he will not be able to suit up. It was originally reported that Lee's neck injury was not that serious, but now appears to be more significant than most thought. If the Cowboys make it to the playoffs there is a chance he can return, although neck injuries are nothing to take lightly. ANALYST: Matthew Beck
The 76ers have waived JaVale McGee.
McGee, oddly enough, came out and said he wanted to be a "mentor" to the young players on the Sixers after arriving at the trade deadline. Just a few weeks late, McGee will be packing his bags, hoping he picks up with a contender. The seven-footer reportedly will not have to give back any money in a buyout, and is owed the remainder of his $11.2 million contract, along with $12 million next year. Analysis: Spencer Silva
