Larry Fitzgerald says he expects play Sunday vs. Seahawks. He practiced fully on Thursday but has one more concussion test to pass.

Both Fitzgerald and quarterback Carson Palmer (ankle) are both expected to play this Sunday in Seattle, but keep your expectations low. Fitzgerald was held to just 17 yards receiving (season-low) on two receptions when these to teams faced off back in Week 7 and caught just one pass on 11 targets for two yards in Week 14 of last season.ANALYST: Michael Pichan

Jerome Williams (hamstring) will begin a rehab assignment with Double-A Reading on Sunday.

Williams has been out since May 17th with a strained left hamstring, but he is expected to return to the big league club after the All-Star break. Williams has a 6.43 ERA in 14 starts this season. Analysis: Ben Diamond

Hawks have rescinded their qualifying offer to power forward Pero Antic.

The Hawks don't seem to be interested in resigning Antic, and in an effort to clear cap space, they will withdraw their qualifying offer. Analysis: Ben Diamond

Cuban outfielder Guillermo Heredia has been declared a free agent.

Heredia is now a free agent and free to sign with any team, but he will have a couple of workouts with teams before discussing any contracts. He is likely to sign later this season. Analysis: Ben Diamond

Jeremey Lin is considering signing with the Dallas Mavericks.

The Mavs have a hole at point guard, making Lin a good match with the club. Dallas does not have much money to offer Lin and he could probably earn more with another team, but it sounds like he is willing to sign with the team despite getting less money. Analysis: Ben Diamond

Nick Swisher (knee) may begin a minor league rehab assignment after the All-Star break.

Swisher admitted that he returned too soon from knee surgery earlier this season, which led to him landing back on the DL. With that in mind, the Indians will take it much slower this time around, and Swisher is probably not going to return until early August. Analysis: Ben Diamond

John Jaso (wrist) is expected to move his rehab assignment to Triple-A Durham Sunday.

Jaso is nearing a return (finally) from a wrist injury, and could be back right around the All-Star break.  Analysis: Ben Diamond

Raptors signed their first-round pick Delon Wright to his rookie contract.

The 20th overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft, Wright is signed through 2016-2017 with two option years after that. Analysis: Ben Diamond

Mark Melancon recorded his 26th save of the season against Cleveland on Saturday allowing two base runners and striking out one.

In the first two weeks of the season, Melancon allowed three runs in an outing on two occasions. Since then, in 32 appearances, he has allowed just one more run. There’s still some reason for concern given that his strikeout rate is well below average for a closer, but he should keep providing fantasy owners plenty of saves. Analysis: Brett Talley

Jeff Locke threw eight shutout innings against Cleveland on Saturday allowing just two hits and striking out six.

Locke has slightly below average strikeout and walk skills, but he has a ground ball rate that is well above average. That combination of skills is good enough to have his xFIP be a bit below 4.00. His ERA is a bit above average 4.00 right now, so he could have a little positive regression coming. He’ll go again Thursday against the Cardinals. Analysis: Brett Talley

Josh Harrison went 2-for-4 with two doubles and a run against Cleveland on Saturday.

After a rough April, Harrison was about league average through May and June. Last year he was about 37 percent better than average offensively, but it’s pretty clear that was an aberration. He can provide decent average, a bit of pop and a decent amount of speed. But he’s not what he was in 2014. Analysis: Brett Talley

Cody Anderson allowed one run and six hits with no walks and four strikeouts in eight innings against Pittsburgh on Saturday.

Anderson has allowed just two runs over his first three starts covering 23 2/3 innings. That sounds pretty sweet, but he has just 10 strikeouts in those 23 2/3 innings. He has only issued one walk, which is obviously good, but his xFIP is just 3.66 without a good strikeout rate to go along with the good walk rate. Be cautious with Anderson going forward. He’ll go again Thursday against the Astros. Analysis: Brett Talley

Tyler Clippard recorded his 15th save of the season against Seattle on Saturday allowing one walk and striking out one.

Clippard has a 2:1 K:BB ratio and a 5.03. That’s hardly the mark of a top-notch closer. If his poor underlying numbers don’t eventually catch up with him, he could get traded to another team where he might not be closing. So this might be a good time to considering selling on Clippard. Analysis: Brett Talley

Kendall Graveman threw seven shutout innings against Seattle on Saturday allowing five hits and one walk with one strikeout.

Graveman has a 3.16 ERA in 13 starts, but his xFIP is 4.33. His control is OK with a league average-ish walk rate, but he has no strikeout stuff. His strikeout rate is a paltry 13.8 percent. It’s going to be hard to maintain an ERA in the low threes with a strikeout rate like that. Analysis: Brett Talley
