Jamal Crawford is in the Clippers starting lineup on Saturday. Willie Green will come off the bench.

Twins have officially recalled Miguel Sano from Double-A Chattanooga on Thursday.

Let the prospect hounds rejoice! Sano is a must-add in all formats just on power potential alone. His raw power has recently been compared to that of Joey Gallo, though reports and numbers show that Sano's approach at the plate is more disciplined than Gallo's "grip it and rip it" method. With Kennys Vargas sent down, Sano should see regular at-bats between third base and designated hitter. Analysis: Howard Bender

Julian Morban was reinstated from the restricted list Thursday and transferred to Double-A Jackson.

Morban had missed the last two months die to personal reasons and instead of coming back to Triple-A, he'll start one level down to work on his game. He's a fringe prospect, at best, so there shouldn't be a whole lot of interest in him. Analysis: Howard Bender

Dez Bryant and the Dallas Cowboys are reportedly on the verge of a contract extension.

You had to know the Cowboys were going to give in to Bryant's hold-our/tantrum. Without him, the passing attack is barely mediocre. The team let DeMarco Murray go to free up money to sign Bryant to a long-term extension, so the cat and mouse game that's played out these last couple of months were just that -- a game. Analysis: Howard Bender

Rajon Rondo will meet with the Sacramento Kings on Friday.

Rondo is going to make the rounds through the NBA to see where he best fits at this point. The Kings are obviously making moves to free up money, but whether or not they can lure the right free agents to Sacramento is a different story. Analysis: Howard Bender

Wesley Matthews will meet with the Sacramento Kings on Thursday.

The Kings have freed up a bunch of cap space recently and are now bringing in the parade of free agents to see what works best for them. Matthews would see a prominent role with them as their backcourt depth has taken a major hit recently. Analysis: Howard Bender

DeAndre Jordan said Thursday morning that the Knicks remained a long shot to sign him.

Jordan is meeting with the Knicks on Thursday but recent reports said that he wasn't really interested in playing in New York. It never hurts to meet with anyone and if he can potentially drive the price up because the Knicks have money to spend right now, well, that means his agent is doing his job. Analysis: Howard Bender

Blue Jays agree to sign top prospect Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

The son of former masher Vladimir Guerrero is said to have the power of his father but with a more refined approach at the plate. He'll work through the Jays system now and might not take too long to find himself in the majors. Analysis: Howard Bender

Free agent Greg Monroe will sign a maximum contract with the Milwaukee Bucks, league source tells Yahoo Sports.

This is huge fantasy news as many teams were trying to sign the now former Detroit Pistons big man. Last season, Monroe averaged 15.9 points and 10.2 rebounds per game. Monroe joins a very young but talented Bucks team and should continue to provide fantasy owners with great production.  Analysis: Phil Backert

Giants manager Bruce Bochy will try to avoid using right-hander Santiago Casilla (arm fatigue) for the next few days.

The San Francisco Giants closer blew his fourth save of the season on Wednesday night as he allowed three earned runs without recording an out. Casilla has been very effective for the Giants this season with 20 saves and not allowing an earned run for the entire month of June. The team apparently is trying to get ahead of this and a few days off could go a long way for the right-hander.  Analysis: Phil Backert

Marc Gasol is finalizing a 5-year, $108M deal with the Grizzlies.

Gasol is one of the best big men in all of basketball, so it's great to see the Memphis Grizzlies rewarding the 30-year-old. Last season, Gasol averaged 17.4 points per game to go along with 7.8 rebounds per game in 81 games. Gasol's consistency and durability makes this a no-brainer and he should continue to put up great numbers for fantasy owners.  Analysis: Phil Backert

Buster Posey has returned to the Giants lineup Thursday.

This is great news for fantasy owners as Posey left Wednesday night's game in the fifth inning after taking a foul ball off his mask. Posey passed the concussion test for the San Francisco Giants after the game so it is good to see him inserted back in the lineup immediately.  Analysis: Phil Backert

Angel Pagan is not in the Giants starting lineup Thursday.

The San Francisco Giants center fielder will get the day off with the early start time. Gregor Blanco will replace Pagan in center field and bat leadoff. Analysis: Phil Backert
